If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. You may return your product for shop credit, exchange it for a different product, or a refund via your original payment method.
The following conditions apply to our return and refund policy:
Items were purchased within the last 10 days.
The items are complete, in their original packaging and without any signs of use.
All costs for returning the items, such as shipping costs, return shipping costs, import fees and documentation fees, will be borne by the buyer.
If the order amount is below the free shipping level due to returned goods, shipping costs will be charged and deducted from the refund.
The following exceptions apply to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are not in their original packaging or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items returned without a fully completed return form cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item that does not comply with the above return conditions.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our packaging for consumables protects the product against moisture and deterioration during shipment.
Welding and cutting consumables, which have absorbed too much moisture, may suffer from cracks or porosity, so we cannot accept any returns of opened consumable packages.
All other products can be returned regardless of whether you have opened the package or not. We trust that you will open the package carefully and immediately assess whether you wish to keep the product or not.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email, requesting your return or refund. To do so, you must provide the information requested in our last section “Data necessary to request a return”, said request must be made within 10 days of purchase.
Tecnomec will evaluate your request and accept or reject your return. In case of acceptance, you will be informed about the return costs and you will have to cover these costs beforehand.
Tecnomec will send you a shipping label by email. Tecnomec will not accept any product handled by any other carrier, other than the one indicated by Tecnomec.
Return the items to Tecnomec using the label provided.
Tecnomec will check the returned items and packages. If the items are used and/or damaged, and/or if the package is damaged, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
After receiving the product, Tecnomec will transfer the agreed refund, or issue a shop credit, or replace the product within 14 working days (provided there is stock or otherwise the customer will be informed to decide whether to wait or cancel the order definitively).
